BBC One - The Earthshot Prize: Repairing Our Planet - The Mekong

Led by Prince William, founder of the Earthshot Prize, and Sir David Attenborough, the series looks beyond the scale of the environmental challenges facing the planet to focus on the solutions offering real hope for a sustainable future—one in which both nature and humanity can thrive.

As part of the series, I directed and shot a segment examining the challenges faced by fishing communities along the Laos–Cambodia border on the Mekong River, where climate change and large-scale hydropower dams are reshaping ecosystems and livelihoods.

Through the experience of a local fisherman, the segment highlights the growing pressures on one of the world’s most biodiverse river systems and the human cost of environmental change.
